About Markdown Blog

AI blogging for engineering and content teams

Markdown Blog produces structured, verified articles formatted as Markdown for static site generators and version-controlled publication pipelines.

Our mission

Many engineering teams maintain blogs directly inside Git repositories using static site generators such as Astro, Next.js, Hugo, and Docusaurus. In these workflows, every article requires valid YAML frontmatter, verified reference links, and clean Markdown syntax.

Standard AI chat tools often return unverified text with broken formatting and invented links. We built Markdown Blog to run live web research, verify citations, and compile the result directly into Markdown that is ready to commit.

Architecture and workflow

Live web research

Queries gather reference material from current web sources so technical details, documentation links, and numbers reflect recent releases.

Audited citations

Statements in articles link to specific sources. Automated checks verify anchor destinations and format references as Markdown footnotes.

Standard Markdown output

Articles follow GitHub Flavored Markdown (GFM), including YAML frontmatter, tables, syntax-highlighted code fences, and blockquotes.

Agent and terminal access

Pages support RFC 9110 content negotiation through Accept headers, returning raw Markdown directly to automated agents, curl, and terminal workflows.

Privacy and data handling

Markdown Blog complies with European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards. We do not sell user data or use your drafts, project settings, or documentation to train external language models.

Network traffic uses TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and database records are encrypted at rest. API requests authenticate through unique API keys with rate limiting enforced per account.
